Use the 'Notes' field to indicate any additional information that will be helpful in processing your donation, including any clarifications such as expiration date, and/or how to redeem.
Remember your item can be something you procure or purchase, or it can be a unique experience like a fishing trip, sports or theater tickets, a vacation home…use your imagination! Your item will be listed in the digital auction catalog that our community will have access to view.

Please be sure to deliver all donated items following submission of this electronic procurement form to the St. Catherine School office no later than March 14, 2025.

Special Instructions
If you are donating an item and have taken a photo and/or photos that you would like included in the catalog, please email auction@stcatherineschool.net. Make sure that your email includes your item name.
Drop Off
You may begin dropping off your item(s) immediately to the school during the week in the school office. All items will be kept in a secure location.
